The property was built in 2007 and features air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony. The studio is very luxurious and beautiful. It has every facility you could want. The terrace is superb, very large, with a wonderful view of the lake and a table and two benches which allow you to truly enjoy the fresh air for having a drink or a meal. The host is very nice and helpful. We were able to immediately collect the keys upon arrival and turn them in for departure. (for those using a navigation app to get here, know that access to the building is via the main road, not the side roads that the app most likely points to)

The fitness area includes a 15-metre indoor swimming pool, an ice fountain, a solarium, a hot tub and a well-equipped gym. An open terrace reveals views to pine trees. The location couldn’t be better even though it’s 3 km drive from the borovets city but the hotel located in the middle of forest and I could hear only the birds sounds and nothing else which for me it was perfect. The room was big enough and comfortable bed. It has balcony with the forest view.
