The staff in the hotel is exceptional. Melanie at the reception welcomed us and she was very helpful, very positive and made us feel really special. A nice prosecco welcome drink was amazing! We've got an upgrade and the the room with the own sauna was just perfect! Breakfast was very good and everything was well thought till the last detail.

The property was very modern, a boutique hotel, while the original touch and feel of the building was still preserved.

Nice, newish apartment located in a convenient distance from ski resorts Fanninberg (10 minutes drive), Großeck / Speiereck (5 minutes drive) and Obertauern (20 minutes drive). We enjoyed the possibility of using the indoors swimming pool and also the nice, sunny terrace with a mountain view. The host was nice to deal with and he speaks English.
Location right below the best ski lift, close to centre. Excellent hotep facilities with spa, outdoor hot Swimming Pool, great breakfast, wonderful beds and spacious bedroom. Very clean.

The rooms are large and comfortable, the hotel location is great, only 15 min walk from the city center and there is a shopping center nearby. There is an indoor swimming pool (not warmed...) and a Souna which is great to visit after a long day.

Spotless clean, lovely apartment, with a very well equipped kitchenette. The hosts are very welcoming and helpful. We received Hochkonig Card which gave us free access to many local services, eg. mountain railway, outdoor swimming pool, and many others which didn`t have time to use. The village is lovely, surrounded by beautiful mountains. Great place for holiday.
Absolutely beautiful accommodation and facilities. Especially good for families with young kids. Indoor and outdoor play areas and fantastic swimming pool. The restaurant was also very good. We extended our stay an extra night because we didn't want to leave!

Everything was perfect. Beautiful view, nice apartment with balconies, comfortable and clean, very friendly staff. Lots to do in the area - in walking distance to the Krimml waterfall. We went hiking, e-biking, nice relaxing village with outdoor swimming pool. We felt immediately at home and will strongly recommend Landhaus Rosengartl Krimml.
