Personal at the reception were very attentive and smiling. Apartments are quite spacious and comfortable, atmospheric. SPA zone in relaxing and calm. We were really satisfied with our choice.

The owners are amazing, and they care for the guests is exceptional. The house was prepared and equipped for 10 people, so we didn't miss anything :) All good for snowboarding and drying the boots/clothes. The sun in the morning on the balcony with the view was making coffee tastes better :)

Everything was great! Perfect location of the appartment for hiking in the summer. The appartment looks just like in the photos. We were with our dog (big breed), and the owners didn't make any problems. There was car park just in front of the building. As someone mentioned before, there is a train station nearby, but it didn't bother us at all. We wholeheartedly recommend this place for staying in Kaprun !
