Very lovely and welcoming owners and daughter. I fell 5km away from the hotel on a scooter and they were fast to pick me up and drive me back to the hotel. I was then accompanied by the owner to a pharmacy were I was taken care of. Thanks for being that sweet with me ! The hotel itself was really clean and comfy, nice pool and good food !

What an amazing stay at Ruby Homestay! Ruby was the happiest and kindest man we have ever met. Always smiling and happy to help with anything we needed. He helped us arrange transport to Ha Long Bay and even at 6:30am he cooked us breakfast and boxed it up for us to take on the bus. Ruby also taught us some Vietnamese! The location is perfect and the bungalows are a great size and very comfortable. I would recommend Ruby Homestay to everyone and we would love to return in the future.
