Home Away from Home – Exceptional Hospitality!
I had the most wonderful stay at Pousada El Bambu! Omar and Adriana, the hosts, were incredibly warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. Their hospitality was nothing short of fantastic— they went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and had everything I needed.
The atmosphere truly felt like a home away from home, cozy and inviting, with thoughtful touches that made all the difference. The breakfast was an absolute highlight—delicious and freshly prepared, the perfect way to start each day!

Spotless comfortable rooms retaining original features blended with modern comforts. Good bed, good linen, good bathroom. Lovely, welcoming, staff.
Fine breakfast in the house and a good outdoor restaurant (but do check availability, especially when not staying at the weekend) in a garden setting with an African safari lodge feel.
Room 6 is the best, at the top and at the front. I had this room this latest time but normally have room 2, which is smaller and at the back but very comfortable especially for the solo guest. This isn't really a place for families, but perfect for couples and the single traveller. I have stayed very many times in Atlántida, and at many places, and this will always be my first choice.
