It was extremely rundown, uncapped, and misrepresented online. They stated they had breakfast and a pool, when in fact they had neither. All of the pictures online made the place look really great. The smoke smell was overwhelming, the air conditioner roared very loudly all night long, it was impossible to sleep in those conditions.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. They were able to meet all of our requests. The hotel location was perfect, close to attractions and lots of good food options. The rooms were very clean. The pool area is nice as well.
To begin with I was delayed because of Atlanta traffic and the staff was very understanding and helpful. The pool is great!!!! the convenience of the room to what we were interested in doing was very nice as well. Access to the washer and dryer was very nice. THE ROOM WAS CLEAN!!!
Full breakfast and dinner. Indoor/outdoor pool with spa. Room was immaculate with no telltale smells or mildew!! Important for my asthma.

There were bugs in the room on the lampshade. The swimming pool was green we did not stay there. Your survey question does not indicate if we had to cancel. Yes we did we canceled. The owner said that we would’ve had to come in person my daughter, son and daughter-in-law stopped first we were right behind them 20 minutes and I have pictures if you would like to see them.
