Amazing hotel. Nice country view (We were on the 3rd floor). Big and comfortable room, lots of space, everything is clean and in a high standard. The staff is friendly, breakfast was really nice. When we're in Lancaster again we will come back to this hotel for sure.

The Hotel is amazing. Been to many inluding Hiltons, Best Westerns, and others but this one is special. Worth every dollar from the location to the bar to the pool. Beautiful art all around the hotel and on each floor. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Parking was great and there is a great bakery just up the street with good coffee, cakes and pastries. There really is no better place to stay anywhere else.

We had the best stay over the holidays with the staff at this hotel. The breakfast was great! Every single person we crossed paths with who worked there, from the breakfast staff, the guest services, the housekeeping and more, could not have been nicer, more attentive and fun especially when they had to work on Christmas! We also traveled with my service dog and they took time to understand his jobs and how I would like them to interact with him. They were great with all the dogs staying there! They even got treats. We will be back! Thanks again!
