The staff were amazing especially the receptionist . Mr.Marwen Mr. Azzet Mr. Hedi night shift Ms. saloua and Mr. Emad guest relation . Honestly i mentioned everyones name because they deserves it!! they did an amazing job helping guests with their needs respectfully with great personality with always a positive energy. We were a group of 6 people 3 different rooms hotel was pretty much packed but always when they are asked for something to do they will get it done ASAP and you can feel it they do it with great heart not because this is only their job to do. Honestly i want to say more but all i can say this hotel is exceptional with brilliant staff. On behalf of myself and the rest of my group we would like to thank each one of them so much for their great performance and hospitality.
