lovely hosts. we kinda late because of the flight. Nita actually wait for us till 10pm the night we checked in. so nice of the hostess. And the environment in resort is Beautiful. they got a pool in the garden. rains a lot during those monthes. It will be better if we come here in warm season.
Not far from the beach pak meng. Everything is neat and clean. It is quiet at night to stay. everything wonderful. Highly recommended.

The staff are fantastic! Very attentive, food in the resort was delicious. The hotel also facilitated a boat trip with a local company where we were picked up and dropped off at the resort. Great location on a remote beach and very friendly and helpful staff. Hornbills and other birds all over the place. Hundreds of tiny crabs.
If you want even more seclusion you can walk or swim to the little wild beach on the right (on map).
There are sit-on-tops kayaks which you can use for free and paddle around island, to the main beach, to a couple of wild beaches or to small isles nearby. If you are tired of local restaurant or need to buy some basic stuff (very basic - there are no 7 Eleven and such on island) you can walk to the main beach through jungle. It's half an hour picturesque hike where you can meet giant lizards. Could be very slippery in rain season. Also main beach is pretty, with white sand. Or you can walk to the SW cape of the island from resort.

The room we had was excellent - right outside the pool (which is huge!) and set in a beautiful jungle garden. The restaurant is very good and the food well priced. Staff were good and very helpful. Breakfast was also good. free kayaks a welcome bonus.

Pak Meng is a beautiful location and this property is nicely situated being away from the noise of the village and the main road.
The owners are a delight
The bungalow accommodation was quite spacious and well equipped with everything necessary for an enjoyable stay.
The bar/restaurant is a definite bonus, and I enjoyed both an evening meal and a breakfast here that were both excellent.
The swimming pool was very refreshing.
Owner from Corsica, very entertaining. Ordered a club sandwich and got a lovely "panino" using a small baguette. Not sure if that is the standard club sandwich, but it was yummy. The owner just added a swimming pool too.
