The bed and pillows are amazing. I wish I could import that exact bed and pillows here to my home in Japan. The breakfast was always delicious and full of different options. I loved the variety and I would have to have stayed for longer (I stayed for 1 week) to have tried everything I wanted to try. The hotel is beautiful everywhere. The 190 (bar on the first floor) is great, the room service was also awesome (I ordered room service everyday, sometimes for lunch, sometimes for dinner and sometimes for a late night snack) and it was always brought up quickly and nicely served. The food I ate at the hotel was always delicious, nicely presented and so were the drinks (alcoholic and non alcoholic). Basically, I liked everything during my week staying at the Four Seasons but if I had to pick one item I liked the most, it would be their employees. The service is AMAZING. The weather was overwhelmingly hot and rainy so I spent quite a lot of time in the hotel during my 1 week in Singapore and I cannot praise the employees enough for their kindness, quality of service and above all their smile always. If I had to pick 1 item that WILL make me come back, it would have to be their wonderful employees.

Everything was perfect. Thousands thanks to Erna from the reception desk! The room was very nice, with a great view to the Marina bay. The hotel is well located. Large choice of food for breakfast. Cocktail at the bar is also a must to try !
