The room and bathroom were very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The AC worked nicely and made the room cool in the summer heat. There were tea/coffee facilities. For the price of the stay you get access to the indoor and outdoor pools.

‘Does it have a pool?’ is arguably one of the most common questions when booking a stay in any location. These hotels offer a great way to keep active during your holiday without having to hit the gym. Indoor pools allow you to practice your backstroke come rain or shine, whereas outdoor options allow you to relax on a sun lounger after swimming a few lengths.
Did like the warm welcoming of the personnel. Travelling with a child the ladies at the spa and the kitchen went above and beyond and make sure we are feeling welcomed, even though we missed the assigned time window.
The cleaning personnel was prompt and polite when they found us in the room.
The play area for the lil one was very fun and kept him busy for all afternoons, real catch the pool full of balls.
The staff at the reception - they were very helpful and they even offered us a room upgrade with nice views over the city. Decent food prices, pool & spa not very crowded, great location, comfortable beds.
I think there is no better view over downtown Baile Olanesti.
We came for a relaxing weekend with some friends and 2 days at the pool.
We found what we came for. The hotel has all facilities one could ask for and the reception lady was kind enough to check us in way earlier than the initial check-in hour, and we thank her for that, and for her availability every time we had a request. :)
