Things were pleasant and peaceful. Definitely a relaxing weekend. Place was clean and luxurious. Fresh cakes and cookies were kept around in the kitchen. Classy chessboard and billiards were also an option to spend time.

Amazing place. The hotel is separate from all the other facilities, which makes it very comfortable and great for a relaxed stay. The apartment is quite spacious, clean, and comfortable. We had a fridge and a set of tea and coffee. We were with our dog, and since there is a small forest just beyond the balcony, it was very nice. There is also a small outdoor pool, and even though it is pretty minimalistic, it’s still nice to have. A larger wellness and spa facility is available in a nearby hotel, just a 15-minute walk away. The staff is as nice and friendly as it gets. At check-in, we received a map of all nearby facilities and were informed about everything we might need during our stay.

The apartment is perfect, cosy, nice and super clean. The bedroom has 2 windows on the ceiling - you can watch the stars from there. Everything looks like on photos. There is an underground parking with an elevator which is super comfortable. The apartment is close to the hiking spots and 10 min walk to the city center. I definitely recommend this stay.

Super view on the Snezka peak. The house was comfortable and there are really good food and drinks in the camping. If you are with kids you have plenty of activities for them, swimming pool, sand pit and slackline to name a few. The staff is friendly and ready to help.
Super children friendly place, somehow it’s organized the way parents also get their rest while kids are having a good time. I loved the water area, jacuzzi, sauna, swimming pools (huge ones) were really amazing. I loved that you can borrow what you need for your kids(all ages)

From the balcony, I could hear the waterfall close to the hotel.
The garden was my passion! So gigantic, very well cared for, beautiful, and SO GREEN! I would stay there for much longer just because of that nature! The hotel is super clean, and you can reach the city center in 15-20min by foot.
The food at the restaurant is superb! Special mention to the Veal Medallions and Asian Stroganoff.
The staff is excellent, and the swimming pool is inside, so if the weather is not good, you can enjoy anyways.

Food at the restaurant very tasty, a lot of choice at the breakfast buffet. Area around the hotel is good, quiet. Very nice resort to stay with a dog. Rooms are well decorated and quiet. View is pretty. Parking is good and safe.
Great place overall. Location, facilitates, staff, indoor swimming pool, bike rental, open space in apartments and outside, feeling like I have lots of privacy, loads of activities and facilities for kids- all fabulous. Great relaxing atmosfere.
