Nice stay, good for concerts in the Phil Arena 1. 20-30 Minutes via Tricycle from Phil Arena. You can skip the 3-4 hours traffic from parking lot of the Phil Arena. Be wary of tricycles who will charge you PHP 1000 per person oneway. We only paid 200 for 2 from the Airbnb while we paid PHP 500 for 2 from Phil Arena (probably due to the traffic) 2. There are a few eateries/food places nearby. The village/subdivision entrance is beside SM hypermarket. 3. Parking is not free, but you can pay ahead for PHP 250.00. 4. The caretaker is friendly. The room also comes with reasonably priced drinks for sale 5. There is security and the location is well-lit. 6. Drinking water and coffee sachets are available for free 7. Good for 4-5 People.
