fantastic room and location. early breakfast opening was great ahead of an early tour pickup time. At the other end of day it was really helpful that the bar food remained open until 22.00.

Very comfortable apartment with a wonderful view over part of the lake & the mountains. Staff were very helpful & friendly. The kitchen had plentiful basic provisions (coffee for plunger, dishwashing & laundry supplies etc). It had more facilities than I expected (heated pool shared with other apartments). Beds were really comfortable & we had a great stay.

The location was scenic and peaceful. The gardens were stunning, so we enjoyed sitting outside and taking in the views.
John was extremely accommodating. We had to change our booking dates at short notice, and somehow, he managed to make it all work with no stress for us.

I was actually upgraded to the main Hilton hotel. It was fabulous. So spacious. Lovely fireplace. Bathroom was huge.
Hotel had an indoor swimming pool, spa, steam room and sauna.

It was amazing big entrance doors I I was an awe when I saw the gym, squash area and indoor swimming pool. Parents had dinner at the restaurant it was great. Staff were great warm and inviting would definitely recommend this hotel to others..well done Nugget Point.
Views were amazing from our river view room. Staff very helpful and friendly. The swimming pool and hot tub were available during the day until 10pm. They could advertise the spa more as no information was given to us about what was available

Very spacious apartment with everything you need, and we couldn't fault it.
The lounge and dining room was huge, and a fire if you wanted to use it. There was also a washing machine and dryer.
Awesome lake and mountain views from lounge area upstairs and bedroom downstairs.
Just a 20 minute walk along the lakefront to the town centre of Queenstown.
There was even an indoor heated guest swimming pool.
