Everything was perfect for our stay, we managed to find a room after such short notice. I love how conveniently close it is to town. You can leave your car parked up and walk everywhere!!

Our family loved the room, the beds were big and comfortable, the bathroom was clean and tidy and the room was very big and spacious. We eccspecially loved the balcony and large sliding doors. The daily breakfast buffet was a family favourite it was a hit! Parking was also good as it was right outside our room and easy to see. Beautiful gardens and lovely staff. Will definetly be back as a family again.

Great location by the river and the falls. Good outdoor facilities; swimming pool, covered BBQ area, plenty of picnic benches and sitting out areas. One half of the shared communal kitchen was clean, well equipped, with everything labelled, well organised and easy to follow. See comments below for the other half.
Amazing ! we loved the stay ,especially my 5years old son enjoyed it so much,he liked the Kayak , Waterfall and swimming pool. Thank to Michael was always very nice and helpful . Highly recommend , We will definitely be back again .!
Great spot overlooking the waterfall. The swimming pool was in the middle of a major refurbishment. Once this is complete it will be amazing for families.
The outdoor swimming pool (heated) and spa pool is great plus. A good way to relaxing yourself after a long trip. However, they only have one spa pool and the size is small, only allowing 2-3 people in there at a same time.

This was our second stay at Paihia Apartments this year, a very clean and comfortable apartment with all the conveniences needed, close to restaurants etc, and as usual Vivian is a very helpful hostess. Great swimming pool and hot tubs. We’ll be back.
Ideal location, waterfront. Handy to restaurants and shopping. Plenty of parking. Warm swimming pool. Attractive outdoor seating area. Dinner selection was adequate. Plenty of extra blankets and pillows if required, good indoor room lighting.
