This was a very welcoming place where you practically have your private chef .... and the food is great. A little Spanish helps but there is friendliness and goodwill all around, and the owner, Virginie, is on hand for any questions or reservations.
Room space is a little tight, but beds are comfortable and the air conditioning works very well.
The nearest beach.... which seems to go by the name of David Hasselhoff beach..... is heaven-like, enormous, and wonderful for bird watching.... especially for pelicans.
And at low tide you can go around the rocks and you reach La Punta beach ..... otherwise, you can clamber over the rocks.. Marvellous!

Such a peaceful and lovely hotel in Puerto Escondido with a charming design, very friendly staff, comfortable and quiet rooms, nice pool and surroundings, and great location - walking distance to restaurants, cafes and beaches. Also conveniently close to the airport but rarely heard any planes. They kindly stored our luggage before check-in since we arrived a bit early. We loved our stay here and would happily return!

Staff were lovely, I felt very safe and comfortable. It’s walkable to playa carizalillo which is the best beach for swimming and surfing and there are lots of great restaurants within walking distance. Aircon in rooms and coworking space worked great! The cafe has great food and staff were lovely! We stayed in two different rooms during our stay the budget with no tv and the larger one with king bed and balcony. The location of the larger one was preferable for noise as the back of the property connects with the carnival which plays very loud music to all hours so something to consider if this might be an issue for you. Cared for our luggage at check out safely. Smooth and easy!! The security guard to let us in when it got late was super helpful!! I would recommend and be happy to return!

The location is incredible, just a 2 min walk from the beach and the main street with multiple food and some entertainment options. The hotel infrastructure is great, and so is the pool.

Really helpful staff who go above and beyond, really good location with multiple beaches and easy walk away, loads of things for entertainment (including a lovely little painting space), they have a range of beach supplies free to borrow to save you money on expensive rentals or things that you’ll only use a few times, massive comfy beds and fun quirky character around the hotel.
