Xcaret deserves a 10/10 because this place really is something else. The people working there are incredibly kind. The premises are spotless and what you see on most pictures is really what you get ! The hotel has many pools and caletas along the river that surrounds it where it really is enjoyable for the kids to swim. The food in all restaurants was very good. The room was very nice. All activities were well organized by a concierge. There are buses to take you to the various parks included in the price.

Beautiful property in an excellent location, one block from 5th Avenue and just around the corner from Coco Bongo and the municipal Palace for the markets. The room was clean and beautifully presented with everything you need. All the staff I encountered were super helpful and lovely. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

The apartment is clean, comfortable, and beautiful. The location is great. The rooftop is amazing, and the swimming pool is heated, and you can have drinks and snacks for a reasonable price. We spent all the evenings in the build as this was the best place in town.

The location was good and quiet very peaceful and comfortable, security 24 hours. The house is big and looks so pretty alot of fruit trees, nice pool water was cool but we enjoyed. Luis is a very nice person he guide us and recommended places to go.
