Our room was beautiful (junior suite with ocean view). Really spacious, comfortable bed, nice views and good quality products in the bathroom. Overall the food options were very good. We had a brilliant experience with the wine pairing dinner in the cellar with Jorge (note this was an add-on for $150 per person). Breakfast in the observatory was excellent. We really liked Sea Soul for lunch - very varied menu, excellent food and a nice vibe. There were lots of pools; some busier than others but plenty of spots to relax in too. The gym was very good. Plenty of equipment and it’s a big size as it was mostly busy in the mornings. The staff were brilliant throughout the hotel. We would like to give a special mention to Karlita at the observatory breakfast and Jorge the sommelier in the hotel. Both were so friendly, nice and helpful.

Very modern e.g automatic blinds and technology in the room was impressive. The room and design of the hotel was beautiful and really aesthetic, the whole property was stunning and really felt like a high end resort, some staff members went above and beyond to make our stay special and catered to my wife’s gluten allergy where possible.

Love love love - everything was outstanding!!! The bed was so comfortable- the pools were beautiful!! The staff were extraordinary - The French restaurant was one of the best meals I’ve ever had - shout out to Louis(Lui) our fabulous server! Jacob the manager at Suki was so friendly! Victor at breakfast & Piyo our concierge were also outstanding! And not to forget Ceaser at the bar always with a smile ! Thank you ye made it all wonderful! Will definitely be back !

This was another incredible stay at Secrets Moxche and it's our new favourite hotel in the region. From the moment you arrive it's just pure luxury with the highest standard of service from ALL of the staff throughout the hotel. This time we really enjoyed the Vow Renewal Mayan Ceremony at the cenote style pool area. It was such a lovely moment to share on our anniversary and the staff did a great job during this experience. As before, the food options in the restaurants were great and tasted really good. The room was amazing and spotlessly clean as usual.
