Absolutely perfect stay. The hotel is beautiful - clearly the best on the island by some distance. The room is unique and incredibly designed. The staff are attentive and lovely and the food and drink was delicious. The location on the beach was amazing. This hotel is faultless. Special shout out to Martin who selflessly helped us out when we were experiencing an issue (not related to the hotel). He is a very impressive individual and I can't thank him enough. This is one of the best run / well managed hotels I have ever stayed at. Truly awesome.

Beautiful hotel and decorations. Amazing breakfast with fresh and local products (we loved the honey). Very large and comfy beds! Personnel has a lot of attention for the clients, interested and they will do anything to make your stay pleasant. Great cocktails and fresh lemonade. We travel a lot and we are high demanding customers but we cannot think of any negative point for this hotel.. This is more an experience. 10/10!!

We stayed in 5 different places during our trip to Yucatan, and Casa Blanca is our favorite. The room was large and very clean. We had a balcony with palm trees in front of us, which made it very pleasant to spend time there, and the whole environment brings an awesome vacation mood, it is just like in the pictures. The garden, the room and the whole property is very well maintained, the staff is friendly and the majority speak English. The service is fantastic! It was very sweet of Flavia to bring breakfast to our room in the evening because we had to leave very early next day and would not manage to eat :) we really appreciated that, and in general people working there were very helpful whenever we needed anything. The property is only 5 min walk from the beach and a very short walk to the center, there are lots of good eating places around.
