Brilliant stay, e cell ent people there. Juan was very kind and attentive to our needs. Really colourful and happy feeling place…got a good vibe! Pool is wonderful and the space is really peaceful…just a minutes walk we from the beach and a lovely pier.

The location of this house is great, the main door leads to the beach (maybe 5 min walk), it is also close to restaurants and stores at walking distance. The house itself is nice, we loved the pool and the terrace to relax and spend time as a family.

First visit to Chuburna. Drove 4 hrs from cancun international to find no one at site to check us in. Sent a message to advise that we were 3 hrs away and asked where we could Park our car. No answer. Had to find alternate accommodation for night one. Reached out several times to contact number provide and messaged property directly. No answer. Attempted check in day two and three. No answer and prepared for our stay.

The view right on the beach front was our favorite amenity!! The place was quiet, perfect spot to disconnect. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, we loved that we could use the hammock indoors. The hosts were lovely and so welcoming, which was a highlight of our trip. We even got to get homemade breakfast on the spot for a little extra pesos. We definitely recommend this place and would come back anytime!!

Excellent location right on beach. Our second storey Deluxe Room was large with incredible balcony views. Kitchenette with everything we needed to make hot sandwiches and enjoy cold beers. Loved the flamingo decor pretty much everywhere :)

The cabins were amazing and really comfortable! They are spacious, clean, and well equipped. The bed is comfy and the net does protect you from any mosquitoes which might have gotten into the room, although I didn’t see any inside (there were many outside, but repellent kept them at bay). The staff was friendly and ready to help, and they lent us beach chairs and an umbrella to use at the beach. The pool was slightly cold, but still quite pleasant and clean! The Wi-Fi works perfectly well for working remotely, and there are sufficient power outlets inside and outside the cabins. On the TV there is Netflix and other streaming platforms. There is also a temazcal (traditional sauna) which works on scheduled days and can seat large groups. There is no kitchen inside the cabins, but there is a fridge to keep food fresh, and there is a shared kitchenette with an electric stove, near the site’s entrance, and the staff can lend you a pan to cook a quick meal. Hot coffee is prepared and served for free twice a day. There is sufficient, safe, and convenient parking space for all guests, and the staff lends you a little trolley so your luggage can be carried around easily to your cabin without getting soiled with sand. I would definitely recommend it to any traveller, and I will surely come back with my family one day! The property has one pet-friendly cabin only, so if you are coming with your pet it’s worth booking and letting them know in advance.

Location on the beach is excellent, very quiet. The people in Chelem were very friendly. Enjoyed the pool. Slept well every night. Air conditioning kept us comfortable at night. Angie was very nice and attentive, working to fix the minor issues that came up. The porch facing the ocean is the best.
