This hotel was exceptional. The service is the best we have ever received. Nothing is missed whether it is bringing you a towel coming out of the shower in the spa, the chilled bottles of water given to us every time we got in a taxi or the cheerful faces who constantly ask you how your stay is. The venue is so special, Youseff and the team were all incredible. They could not do enough for you and made our stay easy, organised and we were spoiled. The grounds are so well kept, the rooms are lovely, the pool is beautiful and the food was exceptional. The best we ate in the whole trip. The hammam and massages were also wonderful. Big shout out to transfer driver Youseff who treated us like Queens and make every journey extra special. We cannot thank-you all enough.

Thierry was superkind, he picked us up at the hotel's entrance and gave us some advices and recommendations about the area (where to change money, where to have lunch etc.). Our flight was delayed, but he came to us same, and it was 3 a.m when we arrived there.
