It's like a different world when you step inside to the patio. It is huge with lots of couches to sit on, there is a fairly big pool, view from the terrace is amazing. The rooms are big and clean and they smell very nice. The staff is friendly, but only speaks french or arab, so be prepared to use a translator or hand gestures, in my case it was a funny addition to the whole experience.

Perfect place for everyone who likes animals, nature and delicious homemade meals! We felt very welcomed since the first moment. All the food was so delicious (Im still thinking about the yummy chicken tagine with figs!). Our daughter enjoyed meeting all the animals many times per day and Im sure I will still hear “baby horse” for a long time ;) Thank you again, Robert, for offering us to change the room, it was perfect and for taking time to talk with us and answearing the questions we were curious about. An incredible experience. Sabine the owner is someone who will truly go out of her way to make sure you are comfortable and have everything you need. The location is unbeatable. The room was large with an beautiful desert view. Breakfast and dinner amazing. Bonus: We ended up doing a camel ride right next to Laho Lodge that Sabine organized and actually drove us to!! This stay was the highlight of our Morocco trip!!

We had the most amazing stay at Canyon Lodge it completely exceeded our expectations, the room was huge and amazing views out into the desert. The infinity pool was incredible and the dinner in the evening was so delicious we did not expect such a high quality of food and the attention to detail. All staff were so friendly and always asking what to do to help!

Breakfast was really great (fresh orrange juice, coffe, omlett, few kinds of breads, olives, strawberry jam), served on the sunny terrace at the pool. Staff was really proffesional and helpfull. Room was small yet very nice. There is a fency restaurant with italian food, (80 MAD for Pizza and 120 for pasta) worth the money. There is a bike renatal company at the hotel (around 500 MAD for one day for an e-bike). Terrace and pool looked realy great although we didn't use it as it was too cold (December). Lake is 20 min walk from the hotel. There is a free parking at the holel. Hotel is located near the main street, there are some local snack bars- but not "local" like in Marrakesh more like very simple and low quality....
