Everything was perfection. The view was awesome and when we checked in early, there was no fuss. Everyone was super friendly and warm and I really enjoyed this stay. The room was beautiful, clean and comfortable, view was amazing (snow-dusted mountains) and we had the best mother-daughter bonding time. The location can't be beat, near Myeongdong so it's great for shopping and food and the underground is just 2 mins walk away which is fantastic as the weather was cold.

Room was clean and big enough, everything was fine in the room, bell guys very fast and great service. Check in and check out very easy. Breakfast included very good. The entrance hall was very cool and the perfume around amazing.
