This hotel is absolutely fantastic: the view is breathtaking, bed is heavenly and breakfast in the restaurant “Stay” exceeds the expectations. Staff is very welcoming and polite, and overall we had a great experience. I also enjoyed the diptique products in the bathroom. The hotel is located near a really good and huge shopping mall that has pretty much everything you need. The fitness/swimming pool area is very well equipped, but prepare to wear a swimming cap and be fully naked in the sauna. Salon de SIGNIEL is also a very nice addition to your stay.

Don't stay here!! Upon arrival, we paid for the room in advance and also a deposit. When we checked out, we charged for the room once again. I saw the mistake, and then we only paid the incidentals. ( they removed the bill, and i had to only pay for the incidental) I was promised that they would realse the deposit. Over 2,5 weeks, we still haven't seen any deposit. I have all proof that so it is .. but they claim that I haven't paid for the incidental. I have proof ... thank God for transactions 🙏. We will see if we gonna need a lawyer... but this has been taking so much of my time and energy... such a waist ...
So ... DONT STAY HERE IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE SCAMMED!! And don't wanna waist time and energy to argue for their mistake.

Breakfast was amazing, they had a little something for everyone. and every morning was a little different from the last but the service was consistant. Kind of disappointed they didn't offer couple massagaes but overall there weren't anything problematic with our booking. We used the subway which is a little walk but not too bad. The rooms themselves were very clean and comfortable. I also wish to brag about the room servicebeing fast, kind and just going beyond. They really did make my stay the best.

Good amenities, we enjoyed the full kitchen including clothes washing machine and space to dry clothes. Large spaces apartment very comfortable. Air conditioning easy to control. Staff provided us with a high floor with a nice view of city. Bathroom was large and good lighting, very clean.

The indoor swimming pool and hot tub were just the right thing after a long day of walking, especially up and down the stairs in the subways.

We had booked one nornal and one theme room. The rooms were spotless clean. It was great to see that the hotel provides kid amenities as well. My child loves the rooms, and he had fun in the kid lounge and the indoor swimming pool. The breakfast spread was good and delicious. It was nice to see that there is a kid buffet corner as well. The tiny food prepared for the kid was cute. Overall, we had a great stay.

We had an excellent stay of 9 nights. All the staff were so helpful. The housekeeper were an amazing lady. She paid close attention to our every request. We had opportunity to use indoor swimming pool (outdoor's were closed at that time) as well and my son was so happy. Also, I should add that the smoking area beside the hotel is the best smoking corner of the Seoul. I generally spent my time at nights when I was reading.

Amazing location very accessible via dongdaemun culture park to other areas and near to all the shopping malls. Two swimming pools which are open. One indoor and one outdoor. Rooms are very nice and so innovatively designed. And the views are AMAZING from the poolside areas and the lobby. Overall, a really nice hotel in a good area with good facilities. Would stay here again.
