I was shocked to find out later that the hotel had no swimming pool or Sauna. Had to go somewhere far for this but everything was still good in the hotel
Good if you intend to go to Universal Studio. However, the park was so crowded it was ridiculous. Most rides you had to wait for 100 minutes if not more. The area for the little kid was not in the shade, parents and toddlers were lining up for over 45 min in full sun. The entrance of the hotel was great but the room was a bit dated. There was no room service, no swimming pool. Buffet breakfast stopped at 9:30am. I paid close to $600AUD for one night for three single beds. I didn't think it was worth it.
I liked the public bath. The sauna was really hot with the temperature of 90 degrees, there was a TV in the sauna. Strange fact: the male public bath has a hot swimming pool and a small cold pool for cooling after the sauna, they show it in all the photos. The female public bath only has one really hot pool and does not have any cold pool.
This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed. Modern, clean, amazing view, all possible comforts, great restaurant and excellent food (chef is Italian). Beautiful details and totally sound proof rooms, comfortable beds, great shower and bath tub, excellent products. Amazing indoor swimming pool (kids not allowed)
The location is perfect to visit Osaka and the breakfast is amazing .There is
everything you could wish in term of food and the view from the restaurant is spectacular. We also enjoyed the swimming pool.
To be honest, it was okay. The staff were friendly, and the lobby was impressive with the tea rooms by the waterfall. Ot had the fastest lift I’ve ever been in! The rooms were very spacious but the decor was quite retro considering it’s a five star hotel. We liked the idea of the on-site swimming pool until we found out we had to pay £20 pp to use it. There is a train station across the road with a hotel entrance from the station. Beautiful location by the river with illuminations whilst we were there.
