The team at 21 House of Stories are nothing short of exceptional. Freja, Gabriele and the lovely Food & Beverage team went above and beyond to look after me. When I told Freja I loved the restaurant's risotto and would like to make it for my family, she arranged for the recipe to be printed (with pictures) on cardboard so I could take it home and even gave me samples of the saffron they use because it is hard to get! Such a pleasure to deal with - nothing was too much trouble. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

The host was very professional and kind, helped with questions and even to book a taxi back to the airport! The apartment was a charm, everything clean, renovated and modern, very good use of the space. You have everything you need there, including a welcome kit when you arrive! Spa facilities in the basement were excellent. We visited often and we were frequently the only couple there. Nice pool. I could do plenty of laps due to having it to myself. The relaxation room was nice, although the water for the herbal teas was not hot or replenished. The bio sauna was great. Spacious apartment. Smart TV. Good WiFi.
