The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We were a group of 8, and they made all of us feel very comfortable. The rooms were large and clean. There were no mosquitoes in the room. The balconies opened out to the amazing forest/garden. Sitting on the balcony we could spot an incredible diversity of wildlife. This is one of the best features of the hotel. The views from the rooftop were amazing! People in our group enjoyed the pool. The breakfast buffet was also very good - there is both south Indian and bread/cereals available, and they were all very good. The homemade jams, chocolate and peanut butter were very tasty. The staff also had excellent tips for viewpoints and spice gardens. We had early morning appointments at the forest and they thoughtfully provided us with bananas before we left. The helpful staff is the second best thing about the hotel!

Warm and welcoming and the staff were friendly and very attentive. We loved the room and gardens and felt it would be great for a family as there are many activities.

Stayed here last week. Felt like they fell quite short of their promises.
1. Stayed in their banyan room. The room was clean, hygienic and had a sweet smell.
2. The staffs are friendly and I could see their efforts to build a rapport with their guests.
3. Got an ayurvedic spa and the masseur was extremely friendly and professional.
4. Beautiful tea and snack area.

Location of the property is good, balcony view was awesome. Swimming pool was well maintained. Room was maintained clean. Reception staffs are so polite and helpful. Break fast options are good, live counters were not available.
Complimentary buffet breakfast my kids and faily enjoyed it. My daughter was very much happy with the swimming pool they do have a separate section for kids with lesser depth which was awesome.
It’s a good place to visit . Courteous staff . Everyone looked pleasant and always willing to help . A small and clean swimming pool is a good attraction .However on a crowded day you hardly get a chance to use it .

Location is perfect for a mountain retreat. Very near Periyar Nature reserve. Good swimming pool and very good breakfast and food. Some areas are rather utilitarian and could be improved. Needs umbrellas by the pool for shade and more comfortable balcony chairs.
The property itself is beautiful and so quiet. The staff did a great job to make our stay as comfortable as enjoyable. The rooms are comfortable, spacious, clean and thoroughly decorated. Icing on the cake we had a private swimming pool!
