Absolutely everything!! The hotel is beautiful, perfectly maintained and spotless. The staff, every single person, was so nice and helpful. The location is also great, you are in the centre of Fort Kochi, but at the same time the hotel is quiet and peaceful. Its patio with a swimming pool is an oasis. Also I highly recommend spa treatments. I think it is the best hotel to stay in Kochi, I will surely repeat when I go back.

We had booked for a suite with terrace and requested for an extra bed. When we arrived we were pleasently surprised to know that we had been upgraded to the next catagory suite which is double in size and boasts an unparallel view of the surroynding backwaters! And the extra bed was already placed in the room. As it was my husbands birthday, it was the perfect setup to celebrate and the wonderful staff very enthusiaticly assisted me to plan a smaill surprise for him with a complememtary cake. They hotel gives you resort like feel in the middle of the city because of the setting and the beautiful grounds. The breakfast was good but very busy. Though the hotel was almost full, but the staff went above and beyond to ensure our short stay was amazing! Thank you from Bangladesh!

Marynnn and Philip were the perfect hosts, so friendly and inviting me to eat all the time and making sure I had soft food to eat. Its out of town but easy to get uber or passing tuktuk. An amazing place, the owner went out of his way to make our experience awesome. The food was absolutely out of this world. The Ayurveda massage was in the same building, very professional and well priced. The owner even offered his own car to drive us to the next destination. The staff was attentive and very friendly. Rooms are large and clean. The pool area was also beautiful, with a good-sized pool and perfect water temperature. Everything was 10/10. Would I return? - Absolutely, anytime without hesitation.
