This is probably the best place I've been. It is a real gem, it is an real antique museum. The owner explained that he dedicated his life to this hotel and you can see this in the finest details around. Also he is great person whom you can address with all your questions. Staff is on a highest level. Restaurant is one of the best in the town. Area is very cozy and communicative. I do hope to return there for another great experience!

I wanted somewhere quiet to stay while receiving dental treatment. This house was perfect to relax. Beautiful room, use of lounge, kitchen and swimming pool to cool down and super comfy bed. Marynnn and Philip were the perfect hosts, so friendly and inviting me to eat all the time and making sure I had soft food to eat. Its out of town but easy to get uber or passing tuktuk. The location and boutique service was top notch right from entering the property they treated and looked after you like a family member. I would like to give a special mention to Angel, Sneha, Guest manager Bhatt ( sorry if I got the name wrong), Samarth who organised our beds always left an exquisite artiste touch woth his origami by making different animals with towels which our kids really loved. I also wanted to give a special mention to the gentleman from Kottayam who checked us in along with Shija* apologies if got the name wrong) who checked us out also waited for us until we got into the car to depart. I would definitely stay here again compared to any other Marriot I Kochi. They do have attention to detail and they ate quick to respond and always do ask for any suggestions for improvement. Thry even went yo lengths to pack separate food for my kids from the buffet because they are laye breakfast eaters. The team at Artiste are a dream team. Every management should have such a team. Thank you Team Artiste for looking after us like a family member. We all will definitely be coming back

Jeevan was a wonderful host - incredibly attentive, kind and helpful. He went out of his way to help me on many occasions such as ordering a delivery dinner for me when I arrived to the hotel late at night and photocopying information he had on Kerala for me to take on my travels. The traditional Kerala breakfast in the morning was delicious. All of the staff at the hotel were very kind and helpful throughout my stay. The suite that I stayed in was impeccably clean, very spacious and well facilitated. The location is perfect for whether you are coming to/from the airport and need somewhere to stay. I would certainly stay here again and I highly recommend it to everyone!.... (also the swimming pool on the roof top is great - an added bonus!) Thank you!
