Very quiet place with spacious room. Worried initially due to many negative reviews , but it is not like that.. we enjoyed our stays, staffs arr cooperative. Restaurant is infrornt of resort, so dis not faced any issues for foods. Our Pets too enjoyed in this resort.

    The property is very beautiful and quiet, featuring a nice garden and a swimming pool. It is right next to the Bandipur safari point, so it's very convenient for the main attraction in the area. The food was great, and the staff was very nice.

    It was clean and well maintained. The staff was very helpful. They had clean swimming pool and night bonfire was arranged and had provided facility to order food while enjoying bonfire. They can arrange for safari with bit extra charge.

    Great location - a small green paradise at the edge of Bandipur national park. Only five rooms availabe, lots of greens around, a vegetable garden, a restaurant (e. g. offering the most thin + crispy dosa for breakfast) and a nice swimming pool. Easy going quiet vibes, make it very hard to leave. Everything is very well kept by Ranjish and his team. Thanks for the great stay! The bandipur national park (ticket office) is in walking distance (ticket to be booked online, though).

    Staff hospitality was very good. Mainly Prem kumar was very cooperative and very helpful. Was taking care of all details and was personally looking into things. Resort has good swimming pool and food is pretty good. Overall it was good experience

    property is decent, very close to Gundlupet. it’s better than a hotel room. but property name is misleading, it’s not a typical resort. there is lawn area and swimming pool. we could not use any indoor or outdoor area. decent place to stay. price is high compared to the facilities available.
