Beautiful location. Right next to Aling-aling waterfall. Remember to bring everything you need as it's a very remote location but during the day the view is absolutely wonderful and during the night you could benefit from the serenity provided by this area - only the stars and the frogs' singing.

Beautiful villa up the hill with an amazing view on Lovina and the sea. Spacious, comfortable, well decorated. Enie the housekeeper was very welcoming and arranged for us massages at the villa, a boat trip to see the dolphin (an activity I do not recommend if you don't want to chase dolphins with dozen of other boats...), offer to bring us some shopping if needed, and a great driver (July) to go around and drive us back to Canggu.

Everything. The House is perfect For a Family. The staff ist very friendly. The place is Vetter than the Pictures. Close to waterfalls.

Absolutely breathtaking views and gardens. The view from the restaurant is like nothing I’ve ever seen before. The room was clean and comfortable. The food was excellent. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We were able to rent scooters for £6 a day. The pool is also stunning.

This is an active farm stay with surprising facilities and right next to the famous Aling Aling Waterfalls only 10 minutes walk right on your doorstep ! The farm owner and his family where incredibly welcoming and nothing was too much trouble , with food prepared from produce from the farm and fresh coconut this place is incredible and I will definitely return to this magical place

The staff were amazing, always very welcoming and very helpful and cheery and knew us by name. Check in isn't until 3pm but we were there before 2 and the staff were very kind to allow us to check in early. The food in the restaurant is some of the best food we had in Bali . The pool is very relaxing and beautiful, the breakfast is very delicious and filling and there's a great variety. The view from the room was insanely gorgeous and being able to see the sunrise every morning from our balcony was just spectacular. The room and bathroom were very spacious and the bed very comfortable. The resort is kind of in the middle of nowhere but that's what we wanted and it's the perfect escape away from the busy city.

villa was much more than we was waiting, very clean, very good location, amazing view to the sea. around everything green very quiet, nice deep swimming pool, we very like designe of villa every small details are designed very carefully and balanced with each other… and i have to say few words about staff and owner, her name Lia, she was very kind, help us to introduce closest waterfalls and temples, and make for us daily plan, that was very helpful, in 3 days we went evry where. but better to stay longer you have time to enjoy and relax. i’ll be back again

This review was hard to write for two reasons. One, there were so many amazing moments in our week at Villa Cahaya (including a wedding!) that it was difficult to know where to begin, and two, we almost didn’t want to share just how amazing this place is because we kind of want it to be our little secret. From start to finish, everything was as close to perfection as one could imagine. In short, it was the best experience that our group has ever had while on vacation. How so? Well… • Accommodations. The villa is perfect in its design. Open yet cozy, private yet connected, modern yet showcasing many of Bali’s traditional aesthetics. The main house is ultra-inviting and has a lovely common area; the rooms were all spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the pool was heavenly. The pictures are stunning, but actually being there on the property is breathtaking. • The service. Komang, the owner/property manager, is exceptionally professional, genuinely friendly, and easy to chat with. He was always a phone call/text away when we needed a driver or wanted to book activities, ask for restaurant recommendations, etc. Putu was our hospitality resource throughout our stay. She’s detailed, thorough, and endlessly considerate. Her cooking is divine, and her presence and personality make you feel like you’re being cared for by family. Putu is the best. The ground staff were fantastic and worthy of mention. They were there early in the morning, taking care of the pool, the gardens, and the yard so that everything looked and felt first-day fresh when we woke up. • The above-and-beyond. This is a quality that not every hotel or resort has. Villa Cahaya, on the other hand, has it in abundance. From start to finish, there’s an overall attitude that assures you that if your request is possible, it will be met- and likely exceed all expectations.

The place is just adorable. the room is big, with huge and cozy balcony, with access to a pool. Hosts are very authentic couple, this place is definitely worth staying for long time. And try their breakfasts, it’s amazing :)
