Amazing host, speak very good english, always available to answer all the questions in person or by text. She texts us when there were some local events in the area . Host prepared delicious cherry liquor, the other home made spirit and cake ready for us on arrival and plate of fresh fruits when we were leaving, very thoughtful and nice gesture. Host lives in the same building but on the completely different side with separate entrance , so we have full privacy in the property and all surroundings. Property is very specious and have all the facilities you need for comfortable stay. Kitchen fully equipped , there was plenty of pans, pots, glassware all types, cuttlery, plates etc. Host also provided all cleaning detergents like washing up liquid, disheasher tablets , laundry tablets, hand soap, cleaning clothes etc. so anything you we need to keep house clean on every day basis . Amazing outdoor area, with sun lounges, hammocks between trees, if you want to escape from a heat. Barbecue area fully equipped, all you need is charcoal and food . There is a toilet there so you don’t have to walk back to the property. Very clean and big swimming pool, which was cleaned by host 3 times during our 2 weeks stay, always early in the morning so there was no disruption to our stay. Cleanness of the property absolutely top notch, you can actually smell freshness of bed linen. Every room looks exactly like on the photos and descriptions is very accurate.
Property is situated in the small town but is an excellent start base to explore Dalmatia region. Two lakes is a must do . They are just 10 minutes drive distance from a property. We have done evening swimming 3 times in Modre Jezioro during our stay. Popular beaches are just 30- 40 minutes drive from Imotski.
There is actually not even one thing we can fault. We have an amazing , peaceful time and definitely going back . Big thank you to Host

I have read the answer of the owner (see below) and I write here my comments about that:
1) I am not writing about the wrong property! It was your property, the only one we visited in Tucepi (and I did, since Booking certifies this). I am totally sure about what I am saying and I confirm what I have written from the start.
2) The chairs may be brand new (or we were in a different apartment than the one you are referring to), but their legs were very unstable and weak. You should take my advice seriously and check them better before someone else risk to get hurt.
3) I do not feel any joy in doing bad reports. My review history is full of reports (almost all), recent (also in Croatia, some still to be sent, and they will give excellent marks) and old, with very positive notes. When I give bad marks is for a reason and after having thought about it more than a day (as this was).
4) My wife had no problems. I fell down from the last step. My ankle is still aching a lot and I am still limping.

We had a great time at Villa Olea. It has everything you could need for relaxing vacation. The pool was the highlight of our stay, good size and very clean. We enjoyed outdoor area, during the day for swimming and sunbathing and in the evening for relaxing and watching the stars. The local shop is a 2 minutes walk from house. The kitchen is very well equipped.
The appartent is perfect: big and contortable. Enough pleace for 2 families with children. The kitchen is equipment by everything you need. Ita&Ante (and there doughter) are all very kind, were aviable if we had questions or help. They prepared us pancakes one day!. The pool was also perfect.
Fantastic Villa and its' owners. Beautifull, very clean and comfortable house, that was made real home for us with fantasic wine. Big pool, garden and grill place that we needend with kids. Great, helpful Ita and Ante. We will surely come back. Thank you!
Fantastic property with exceptional host and amenities. The Villa includes a lovely swimming pool and is located in a cosy hamlet with a short drive to the very pretty Imotski and a 45min drive to a variety of the most stunning beaches and national parks.
House was very clean and nice, beautiful view from the balcony. Enough space for the 10 of us. Owner was very friendly- just a phone call away, helped us with everything we needed, even helped us to find a amazing boat trip for a day.
Pool was clean and children enjoyed it the most. Thank you for everything:)

- Pool and the pool area is great. Just 4 sun beds though which is not enough for such a big house.
- There is a very nice neighbor offering home-grown vegetables (for free)
