Excellent location, just 50 feet to the beach with loungers and a fantastic restaurant. Beautiful and spacious apartment, very clean and accommodating. Owners/managers were very kind, we felt like we had vip status our whole time there. Absolutely our best stay on all the islands. Our next trip will be all Crete, and this stay is a big reason for that. Can not love it more!

We absolutely loved the owners and how they took care of us. We will be definitely coming back there ❤️ they made us feel like at home. I can imagine the hotel would be great also for families with children as well as for couples. The best part was how cosy the hotel felt like. Interestingly all the apartments were always fully booked but there was almost no one at the beach or by the pool and it was very quiet. We loved our evenings spent on the teracce looking at the sun going down. Really a great stay and for us it was the very best hotel we have ever visited, not to mention even the quality of stay vs price ratio. Also, the breakfast was absolutely amazing. Very high quality. I really miss the Greek yoghurt they served and the sweet pastry… The apartment (we had a junior suite) had everything we needed and it was cleaned every single day. They even change towels every day and washed our dishes. Really such a great service!! The apartment also had window webs agains mosquitoes. These kind of small things really make the difference. The hotel is near the main road and therefore it is not so difficult to get there by public transportation. Travelling by bus in Crete is a bit of a pain but you can get to cities very easily and therefore we decided to stay outside of the cities. We went for a dinner to Eleven restaurant which is just next to the hotel- also, great service, great food, amazing sunset, quiet place. Overall, we couldn’t wish for a better place for our vacation.

The hosts warmly welcomed us with a homemade moussaka and rakia and left some supplies for us to survive on Sunday when most of the shops are closed. Breakfasts were served every morning as a compliment. The hosts asked in advance for our preferences and fulfilled our special allergy requests. Sandwiches, a variety of greek traditional pastries, fresh fruits from his father's place, vegetables, cheese, homemade greek pies, milk, etc. Everything was tasty and made with love! Villa is a great place to stay in. 4 bedrooms with a unique design, a big kitchen, many places to eat together (two terraces, two outdoor locations, the kitchen + 1 big table in a living room), a comfortable place for barbeque, a separate room with a table and a sofa (great for work or reading). The pool area was very nice with a heated pool, swimming supplies, and sunbeds you can move around to catch the sun. Convenient air conditioning system, separate bathrooms in two bedrooms (one is with hammam), everything you need for cooking. Villa is in between Chania and Iraklion, with a car it's a very convenient location. There is a small shop in 15 min on foot. The nearest cafe is also around 20 mins on foot, and with a car, it's super easy to have dinner nearby. Location on a hill is nice for catching sunsets. There are mostly locals living nearby, a very peaceful and quiet place. Lots of animals around - cats, sheep, chickens, and we even saw peacocks! On the flip side, roads in the area, unfortunately, are not equipped for pedestrians, and the nearest beach within walking distance isn't clean. Again, not a problem with a car, there are lots of good beaches within 20-30 mins by car. We enjoyed staying there! Thanks, Thomas, for all the care and for being available for all the questions and requests! We even got a nice surprise present from the hosts to remind us about warm days in Greece!

Pool is a really good size for young children going up to 1.6meters. 6 year old was able to play with sinkers and with a life jacket 2 1/2 year old was able to jump in and swim by themselves.

Sitting by the pool at the comfy chez long chairs or watching the sunset from the balconies upstairs were the highlights for me. Excellent communication with the owners also added to a positive stay experience
