Reception service was great, especially Andrew was really helpful and proactive,he resolved most of the issues we were facing.At the check in ,he was very welcoming,he made sure our room preferences were met.
Room was nice and clean, in a quiet place with a nice view.
Also the bar and his service ,which was with nice music and atmosphere;a good place to have a coffee or a drink.
The service of the technician who did maintenance in our room,he has been very quick and came asap.
The position was central,you could go with a bus to Rethimno.There was a nice movida until 1 pm,area plenty of restaurant and bar to have a stroll after dinner.Close to the beach (2 mins walk)

Very nice rooms, great breakfast and excellent staff. The pools looked lovely, although we didn't find time to use them. A really good quality large hotel with fantastic facilities. Close to the beach, a supermarket and several good restaurants.

Zen apartments are beautifully maintained. They are fresh and modern with first rate fixtures and fittings, including top of the range furniture and appliances. There are also touches of luxury and attention to detail, including hotel style bath robes and slippers.. There is even an optional daily cleaning service! The pool area is very relaxing and comfortable.
The owner is very helpful and friendly. He and his wife keep the property and communal areas exceptionally clean and tidy!
Brand new hotel very well located at the center of Northern Crete. Perfectly clean with an amazing pool area and huge bedrooms. It is also very well equipped. The hotel has its own beach and its restaurant with a beautiful view of the sea. Finally the staff is very kind and available; they will be there for you for any request. I was impressed by the quality of this hotel and would recommend it whether you are a family, a group of friends or a couple ! Thanks again to the staff!
This apartment is a hidden gem. It's out of the city, but close enough (10 min by car), which means it's not crowded and noisy. There are a taverna, a coffee shop and a supermarket nearby. Everything in the property seem brand new. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you may need during your stay (from hair dryer to washing machine). The bed is very comfy. If it was a hotel, I would give it 4*. The host is very nice and helpful.
We liked a pool before good breakfast and dinner with traditional food made from absolutely fresh products. The location of the hotel is convenient for traveling by car to any side of Crete. There are a lot of different sandy beaches nearby. Beautiful mountain lake just half an hour drive from the hotel. If you need any help or advice from the hosts you'll receive it immediately at any time.
I really recommend this place to every body that want to visit Greece, I did love this place. Such an amazing services from Pantelis, Maria, Giannies & George. Very spacious room. Good sea view, as advertised. Very peaceful and calm settings, super clean pool and a small private beach. Towels and rooms exceptionally clean. Mosquitoes were killers, but the hotel provided an additional plug-in device. Would recommend to people who are looking for calm and relaxed get away - although, if you don't mind the stiff beds :)

The restaurant staff is so nice, the manager Katia was very friendly and helpful. Congratulation to her team they are doing a really nice job! The receptionists are helping you to find your car rental, transfer, tour gide and so on. We had a really good time here. I can only recommend this hotel for a pleasant holiday.
The hotel is brand new and There are just a few rooms which makes it perfect because it’s not crowded at all. The rooms are very nicely decorated. We had a really pleasant and quiet stay. The service was impeccable and I can highly recommend the restaurant on the property where we had most of the meals during our stay
The hotel was beautiful and modern and located right on the beach. We loved our balcony with beautiful views of the ocean and pool. The owner was very helpful and friendly. Food in restaurant was very good. Clean and comfortable. Some restaurants and a grocery store were within walking distance.

Great hotel, with spacious rooms, and excellent service. Especially a good restaurant with delicious local food and fantastic sea views. Right by the beach, so if you are there during the summer, this is an ideal location. Beautiful Rethimno is a 15-minute drive away.

Excellent hotel, specious rooms, beautiful design, small park for kids, pool for adults and kids, private beach, excellent breakfast, lunch and dinner. The restaurant was a highlight of our stay. Close to other nice beaches.
We were only there for a short stay, but my family loved the pool and the breakfast. The hotel management is so welcoming. There is also a nice dinner option just a 1 minute walk down the road.
