Location was fantastic and central to exploring Pyrgos. Breakfast was amazing. Watching sunrise every morning from our balcony was a dream. The view from the bedroom and the pool was also amazing. The location is spot on, just 5mins walk from the Pyrgos city center and the main bus stop to any other city you want to go to.
Try avoiding going into the restaurants in the main street, a lot more expensive, and find Xeporto restaurant, reasonable prices, better atmosphere and trully delicious food and great service.

Dimitra was the friendliest receptionist. She stayed late for our arrival, and then waited to walk us into the town centre, to show us the way. The room was fabulous. So much attention to detail. Great decor, fresh, modern and very clean.

Quiet location, short walk to a beautiful nearby town. Very clean and modern with a swimming pool with a view over the island. Staff were very helpful and considerate. Breakfast was very nice and served by the room.
Wow. This is a wonderful place. Swimming pool, jacuzzi, perfect panorama on the island. Central location, fantastic host, who explained everything about Santorini, gave excellent tips for beaches, restaurants, and things to do.
Perfect place to visit Santorini: close to Fira, Pyrgos, to beaches...but also very quiet, far away from mass tourism. The view is just perfect , specially for the sunset, which is spectacular. Don't forget the shared overflow swimming pool and the private hot tube! Thanks to Dimitris and Theodosia for their warm welcome.
Everything was perfect ! The appartment was well located, we could go around the island very easily. The picturesque village of Pyrgos was closed (5 minutes walk) where there were couple of nice restos. The view from the appartment and the swimming pool were very nice. Nikos was one of the best host, helpful and nice, he explained all we need to make our stay great !
The hotel are very new and comfortable to use, and the room decoration is very good. The room has an independent swimming pool with a very wide view, offering a distant view of the towns of Oia and Fira. I can enjoy breakfast by the swimming pool, and breakfast is also very thoughtful. Not far from the hotel, you can find restaurants, markets, and bus stops, which are very convenient. The hotel owner was very enthusiastic and helped us call a taxi when we left, and saw us off. I am very grateful to her. Living here was a great experience.
The outside area was great, lovely private swimming pool, sunbeds and dining area (the latter not clean). This is where the luxury stops, the rest was clean but very basic.
The service in the main pool area restaurant was very polite and helpful, but the person was on his own and stretched in his duties.
Theo was keen to give us useful information for us to enjoy our first stay in the island. The accommodation was clean, it has got all we needed including swimming pool and hot tub. Breakfast was also nice. The old settlement, which is the highlight of the village sightseeing with great sunset view, was just a few minutes walk from the accommodation which was also really nice.
