Very comfortable room and bed. Very clean throughout. Spacious shower. WiFi worked very well. Breakfast choices were numerous and delicious. Staff was very friendly.

Pool and spa were lit up with beautiful LED lights as were the room! Location is great as is 5 minutes from the station and lots of places to get a drink, food and shopping down the road. Slept like a baby the beds were so comfortable, not to mention the amazing bar and restaurant downstairs 😻 cocktails were 10/10 there! Definitely recommend.

It’s was a very good experience. The house is like the pictures even better i can say. The house is very good for a friends or family trip. You got everything you need inside. The outside space is amazing with a huge garden a jacuzzi, hot cab and a grill. You can’t find better. The location is great is not far of central london. And the host is very helpfull when you have a question you got a quick answer. I very recommand you that house. French advice. When i came back to London i book it again for sure.

Best customer service in the U.K. Everyone was pleasant and helpful but special thanks to Randa and Christina! The room was perfect, bed was very comfortable and the bed linens were great quality. The food at the restaurant was really wonderful and excellent service as well. The pool and spa are magical. Easy walk to Hatton Cross station. (We are OAP’s) Can’t say enough about this hotel and wish we could have stayed longer.
