Stunning property, in a wonderful waterfront location. Couldn’t have wished for more. Beautifully furnished and with everything we needed for a home from home stay. The onsite facilities were such a bonus and we enjoyed a meal out, swimming every day and kayaking on the lake. Could have done so much more. Particularly enjoyed the balcony- perfect for watching the sun set. Will be staying again.

The staff and facilities were great. We had a balcony room on the top floor of the pavilion building, which was spacious and had a lovely view out across the countryside. Enjoyed using the pool etc and the bar food was nice.

The staff at checkin were attentive and polite and it seemed nothing was too much trouble for them.
Checking out was straightforward.
For breakfast there was a reasonable selection from corn flakes to weetabix, croissants, and full English.

It was a nice stay. We really enjoyed the holiday home. Staff were helpful to get the hair dryer and the facilities in Hobourne were good. We enjoyed using the indoor swimming pool. This home was equipped with all amenities. Utensils, cutleries and especially the playing cards , puzzles for kids. Room was clean

The caravan is a little bit older but well maintained and therefore offered a good value for money. Towels and bedlinnen were provided. Three TVs, large fridge, stove, microwave, planty of heaters (not needed, great weather), and many more extras.
Nice deck with chairs. Three bedrooms.Two separate toilets. The caravan is close to the reception building with bar, restaurant and indoor- and outdoor pool.

The hotel breakfast - fresh fruit was very nice, the cooked breakfast wasn't very hot at all. Nice selection of pastries and coffees/teas though.
Location was good - the town of Cirencester is less than 15 mins drive away and there was a bus service just outside the hotel on main road.
Dog friendly lots of poop bins and dog station washes to use.
The spa swimming pool was nice.

We went out of season so some of the nearby and on site restuarants were closed during our visit.
Wonderful location on the lakes, ideal for exploring multiple Cotswolds area villages ahead of the people crowd by car. Supermarket and bar with draught Guiness on the premises. A lot of fun for the kids with swimming pools and play areas. Decent stay! Dog friendly!
