Beautiful rooms and property. The spa was exceptional and quiet - very well maintained. The breakfast had loads of variety and the bar provided exceptional service. One of the best hotels I have stayed in. We were also double upgraded on arrival which was amazing! Plus complimentary newspapers in the morning and a turn down service at night made it very special

I travelled with my husband and 18 month old son. The staff was amazing with our son, making him laugh and making sure we had everything we needed. A manager approached us at breakfast and gave our son some complimentary pancakes which he was delighted with. The manager working when we had dinner couldn't do enough for us and brought toys over for our son. The hotel was also clearly recently refurbished so was clean and looked nice. Would definitely stay again with family.
‘Does it have a pool?’ is arguably one of the most common questions when booking a stay in any location. These hotels offer a great way to keep active during your holiday without having to hit the gym. Indoor pools allow you to practice your backstroke come rain or shine, whereas outdoor options allow you to relax on a sun lounger after swimming a few lengths.
View from bedroom was excellent, the grounds & outdoor bar area were attractive features. Good breakfast-swimming pool & spa were a bonus.
Very pleasant reception & restaurant area.
We found our beds and pillows very comfortable. The heated towel rail in the bathroom was on all the time and this made our room too hot.
The swimming pool was very nice and the thermal outdoor pool was wonderful.
Good selection of breakfast options. The toaster only toasted one side of the bread, but overall we were very happy.
thoroughly enjoyed the spa facilities – indoor swimming pool, heated outdoor spa pool with water features – herb sauna, Salt room, freezing cold ice room, wet room etc.
thoughtful multi vitamin drink free of charge.
White towelling robes and slippers included very clean and good condition.
Room is very substantial with very comfortable bed and coffee/tea facilities included. nice Elemis toiletries.
