Room quite tired, internet not great. Shower leaked.
Staff lovely, food very good.
I feel the room price was Beacause of the views around there, not because of the room.
So unfortunately over priced.

We loved our stay at Manoir du Charme. Sylvie and Christophe were so incredibly welcoming and accommodating. We so enjoyed our conversations (thanks Google Translate). A great dinner and breakfasts! Thank you for having us!

The hotel is situated in the beautiful small town of Florac and is an excellent base to explore the Tarn Gorge region. It has a quirky old-world charm which reflects its history. There is a black and white photo of the hotel in the breakfast room which must be about 100 years old. The hotel entrance looks almost identical today! While we were there, a group of MGB classic car owners who were taking part in a rally stayed at the hotel. Classic car gatherings seem to be a feature of Grand Hotel de Parc's history and DNA. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful and contain some magnificent cedar trees. We didn't use the outside pool as the weather had turned cooler.
This family-run hotel is situated in the heart of France near the Tarn Gorges, the National Park of Cevennes and the Aubrac region.

‘Does it have a pool?’ is arguably one of the most common questions when booking a stay in any location. These hotels offer a great way to keep active during your holiday without having to hit the gym. Indoor pools allow you to practice your backstroke come rain or shine, whereas outdoor options allow you to relax on a sun lounger after swimming a few lengths.
The Suite we had was fantastic with large rooms and a balcony overlooking the hotel pool, the castle and the gorge. The restaurant that was on the castle terrace was lovely with tables overlooking the garden and views along the gorge. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was worth staying in for the day just to relax and use the pool whilst everyone else was out sightseeing!
Grand, old castle in a picturesque part of southern France. The pool was divine, looking up over the castle. The river runs right beside the castle where you can swim or kayak. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is well worth booking dinner at the restaurant - amazing food, view and service. Secure motorcycle parking. Highly recommended.
Stunning situation in the heart of the Gorges du Tarn.
All the staff were very welcoming and friendly.
The optional breakfast was superb and we'll worth the extra.
The swimming pool and sunbathing terrace was a bonus.
We also ate our evening meals at the hotel - very good.
The terrasse which enjoyed the evening sunshine with its panoramic views was superb. The BBQ was a bonus. The swimming pool although a steep walk down to it was nice and had exceptional views of the river and gorge.
The meals in the restaurant were excellent.
The gîte had everything required for a comfortable stay.
The location of this chateau is nothing short of spectacular. The backdrop of sheer rock, the singing of the birds, the fresh air and the rippling of the Tarn river provided a very special stay. We enjoyed a swim in the pool after a long drive and the meal on the terrace was outstanding. I could not rate this more highly.
There is an excellent location for activity in the Tarn river and village, a beautiful castle and an excellent swimming pool. the hotel provides good overall staff service.
Located directly on the Tarn River we had a lovely swim in the river when we arrived. We never did use the pool with such a beautiful river to swim in but the pool looked fine. I wanted to be in a quiet spot on the river and this was perfect. The food at the restaurant was very good. We had dinners and breakfasts there. The 16th century chateau is lovely.
Excellent location, wonderful place, an amazing experience to stay in such an unique place. Staff were friendly and helpful, amazing swimming pool and walks in the forest.
We stayed in the main building - one junior suite and one double room. The rooms were spectacular, spotless, with gorgeous views of the river and cliffs.
The office staff was very forthcoming and helpful (e.g. we needed help to make covid test reservations). The swimming pool and jacuzzi were great. Overall, the hotel experience was top-notch and unique.
