Cecile and Eric have quite recently started their AirB&B business. They were charming and very helpful hosts. The location of their home is just outside La Romieu in the Gers which is a beautiful place and their house is very atypical with big glass walls; light, bright and clean. The breakfast was very good.

the property was all newly refurbished, the land was beautiful with a huge lake, swimming pool and new tennis courts.
‘Does it have a pool?’ is arguably one of the most common questions when booking a stay in any location. These hotels offer a great way to keep active during your holiday without having to hit the gym. Indoor pools allow you to practice your backstroke come rain or shine, whereas outdoor options allow you to relax on a sun lounger after swimming a few lengths.
The property had a very nice waterfall shower and L shaped sofa which was very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped, beds were comfortable and it had a large front garden (not enclosed but on a quiet road and large hedges next to road). There was also a very friendly labrador next door who enjoyed playing with our dog which was really lovely.
The breakfast was very good (included delicious prunes grown on their farm). Owner was pleasant and interesting to talk with. The location is on a large farm about a mile from the nearby town. So it was quiet. We were doing a through hike on the GR 65, and were able to take a short cut in the rain the next day to get back on our trail. The swimming pool looked nice, but we didn't have time to use it. We had use of the kitchen to cook dinner.
