We slept one night in a bedroom and 2 nights in the Caravane “Ella”.
The bedroom was nice but the Caravane was AMAZING. The caravane is hidden in the back of the garden of the auberge - our experience in this renovated american caravan of the 50’ will stay unforgettable: the style, the level of details in the woodwork and the decoration, the attention brought to the ingenious solutions to make this caravan modern, the wonderful kitchen, the beautiful shower on the terasse (with warm water…!), the view on the wineyards and the hill from the bench of the caravane, the romantic lights on the caravane at night, the love and passion brought to this project by the staff: we have not enough kind words to describe our experience. 100€/night in the caravane is really a bargain.
The swimming-pool is beautiful.
The restaurant offers really good meals; broad choice of wines. The local pichet - being cheap - is also surprisingly good.
The staff is very kind, available, funny.
The library during which we spent an evening reading offers a wide range of books in various languages (great comic books as well!).
We were clearly not the typical customers of this hotel (we are more of the camping style) but we felt very much welcome and cannot wait to come back to the caravane “Ella” one day.

We really liked the house. However, we didn't have enough time to truly appreciate all it had to offer. Because of this, I give it 8 points. With more time, I'm sure we would have enjoyed it even more.

Five star location. Without a doubt. The vineyard is stunning, the old buildings are gorgeous and the views are perfect. Not sure I can think of a better located pool and pool bar. We wanted to stay there all day. The spa is brilliant and the facilities are, generally, of a very high level. We had a duo scrub and massage which was one of the highlights of our mini-honeymoon. Our room was large very cool with the quiet AC and had a gorgeous private terrace. The team left us a bottle of champagne which was a lovely touch.

Good location for exploring (car needed)
‘Does it have a pool?’ is arguably one of the most common questions when booking a stay in any location. These hotels offer a great way to keep active during your holiday without having to hit the gym. Indoor pools allow you to practice your backstroke come rain or shine, whereas outdoor options allow you to relax on a sun lounger after swimming a few lengths.
