Excellent staff, good fun for the kids and good location to pop to St Gilles and the beach/restaurants. We were the only Brits on site I reckon but despite couple of language issues (our fault!) Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Thoroughly recommend!

The room was very comfortable and the bed provided the best night's sleep we had that week. The staff were helpful and allowed us to check in early. We were travelling by bicycle so we needed somewhere secure to lock them which they were able to provide. There is a swimming pool although we didn't use it, preferring the sea. The location was excellent, just out of the busy area but withing a few minutes walk of restaurants and bars.
The property was ideally placed for both beach and port. It was beautifully furnished and well equipped. The heated spa and pool were great even on cooler days. We were travelling with someone of reduced mobility, so having a downstairs bedroom and bathroom was ideal. The Gite has a secure, designated parking space which is very important in high season.
L'envie is a cluster of individual units aaround a good sized swimmig pool. The units have been built to a very high standard with luxury touches everywhere (at least if ours is anything to go by). Everything is encolsed behind security gates, opened by a code, so you can park your car (or in our case bicycles) safely. Our hosts gave us a great welcome and the breakfast they provided was delicious. Recommended.
Nice pools, although the larger one was a little chilly (thought it would be heated more than it was). Good outdoor seating area (we were in a maisonette).
My wife and I were travelling in the Loire Valley, and, as part of the holiday, we visited St. Gilles Croix de Vie by chance, as the other coastal towns looked like Blackpool on a bad day!
We booked 3 nights at the Sea View, and we were so pleased we did.
From there charming receptionist (Sarah) to the great room with a sea view, we had a restful 3 days.
The location ticked all the holiday boxes for us, and we will go back as soon as we can.
Breakfast was exceptional! lovely rooms, nice pool area and even the use of a sauna. Excellent hosts very kind and accommodating as I didn’t arrive till after midnight due to heavy traffic from Paris and They stayed up for me to welcome me and check me in..
The rooms were created based on the 4 elements, I stayed in 'Terre" situated at the end of the property, very quiet and peaceful. The rooms opened out onto the pool area, with the dining room opposite, so everything was not too far away. Laurence & JP had thought of everything for a relaxed, peaceful and comfortable stay, with wonderful breakfasts, including a host of homemade dishes, do stay here, it's sublime 💗
