    The staff are amazing, friendly and very helpful. While the pools are good (more for families) the ocean is beautiful to swim in and easily accessible. Buffet breakfasts were varied and offered a wide selection of options. When you can book into it, the Asian Kitchen restaurant has a lovely menu. Beds were comfortable and rooms well appointed. Fresh water bottles each day was greatly appreciated! Inflatable world was fun and some great shops and stalls within the resort.

    When we arrived unfortunately the pool had a leak and was out of action for a few days and only a small pool available. But this wasn’t a major problem as the sea was beautiful to swim in and only a few steps away from the pool. Breakfast was your standard buffet, lots to choose from, so great. Dinners were great, rather busy but it was school hols so to be expected, prices were similar to what you would pay in Australia so certainly more than I had expected even in local restaurants!

    Resort facilities were excellent - there was so much to do - swimming pool, beach on site, putt putt golf, water sports, spa and gym. They had different activities on throughout the day to keep everyone entertained. You can also get easy access to external tours. The service was absolutely top notch. Everyone was so friendly and made a real effort to get to know us and make us feel welcome and comfortable throughout the stay. Food option is limited but I found the food quality and variety generally fine.

    It was one of the best holidays ever. For us the most important thing was that our 6 years old daughter (Eva) had a fantastic holiday so that she didn't want to come back home. The staff at the location was very kind and warm. Also, congratulations to whoever designed the whole place, it must have been a mastermind. The beach, the swimming pools, the bars, the configuration of the hotel buildings create the perfect place for a holiday. Eva sends all the best to the ladies from the Kids Club!

    Buffet breakfast was nice at the restaurant we went to. The staff was friendly enough. The swimming pools were big and plenty of activities available for everyone. The sea activities were fun. There's an in house doctor which is very handy especially given the remoteness of the resort. They had a nice shop for everyday needs like water, sunscreen, clothes etc.
