To be sure, there are more modern paradors throughout Spain but this one feels very authentic and has a lot of character. All modern essentials such as safe, TV, modern bathroom or comfortable beds are provided. There is a gourmet restaurant serving all meals on premises as well as helpful, English-speaking young staff. Big outdoor swimming pool was still closed at the end of April but will certainly be a plus during hot summer months.
