A stunning secluded property, hidden away from the hustle and bustle of city life. The staff (both reception and restaurant) are very friendly and helpful, and certainly make your stay more pleasant. We originally booked for a 1 night stop over but extended for 2 additional nights as we were blown away by this hotel.

We spent two nights in the hotel, which is absolutely unique. Easy to reach by car. It takes a program in itself to look around thoroughly in the castle. Breakfast was great.

The hosts were exceptional, met us at the apartment within minutes of our arrival, provided full hand over and heaps of info on salamanca, restaurants, sightseeing, getting around etc. They had prepared the room and made the sofa bed for our kids and the apartment had breakfast food, snacks, sweets, teas, coffees, toiletries and just about anything little thing they could think of to make our stay comfortable. The location was awesome, across the street from old town and so easy to stroll into the old town during the day or in the evening and such a pretty location. Car park was under building. Big props to these hosts... our best apartment from a month in Spain and Portugal.

The house is fantastic, with great facilities. It looks deceptively small and narrow from the outside but once you step in, it's lovely and spacious with plenty of room for the family to enjoy. With a balcony, small roof terrace, garden with BBQ area and access to a pool and tennis courts it was a shame we were only staying for a couple of nights.
Located just 2.9 km from University of Salamanca, Sol de Poniente provides accommodation in Salamanca with access to a tennis court, a bar, as well as a lift.

Modern and comfortable suburban apartment. Well serviced with buses from central city and train station. 20 minute walk to supermarket. Having both a washing machine and clothes dryer was appreciated.

The receptionist Diego Alonso was exceptional. I have never met a friendlier, more helpful receptionist.
Parking was convenient, as was proximity to the motorway.
‘Does it have a pool?’ is arguably one of the most common questions when booking a stay in any location. These hotels offer a great way to keep active during your holiday without having to hit the gym. Indoor pools allow you to practice your backstroke come rain or shine, whereas outdoor options allow you to relax on a sun lounger after swimming a few lengths.
The pool area is sensational and was a pleasure to lounge in daily. The food is lovely, a wide spread at breakfast and we had two lovely dinners also. The staff are gracious and kind throughout the whole hotel. The spa was especially special.
It is a little piece of paradise! The property is devine from the vines that surround the whole property to the beautiful grassy area with two large plunge pools !
grounds and the pools, atmosphere of the setting, food ethos. Simply incredible ham and cheeses all from their farm. Delicious wine from their vineyards.
I think there could have been more choice with cereals & fresh fruit. Zorita’s kitchen menu was delicious. The pool area was relaxing however bar service very slow.
It is the most beautiful tranquil place, our room and private courtyard was lovely, the gardens and the pool were very relaxing, the staff and service was excellent. The complimentary wine and cheese tasting was a nice treat and the restaurant was very good. We would definitely go back and stay longer.
Great wine tasting, dinner, and breakfast. The facilities are historic and the grounds remarkable. We enjoyed walking the grounds and the river view. The pool was refreshing and relaxing.
Beautiful grounds and dipping pools, generally friendly staff.
