The breakfast was very good provide a wide choice with meats & cheese, the service was always on time and the staff were most polite and tried to accommodate your needs. The evening meal provided great choice and was cooked and served to a very high standard (every time) Our stay could not have been made any better we arrived as guests but felt we left as friends,

Casa Joya is set in the Sierra de las Estancias Mountains, 22 kilometers or a 30-minute drive from Velez Rubio. It offers cosy accommodation, a seasonal outdoor pool and sun terrace.
Casa Joya’s heated rooms are individually decorated and offers views of the surrounding mountains. They include satellite TV, a DVD player, ceiling fans and a private bathroom. The apartments feature a living room, dining area and kitchen with a microwave, fridge and hob.

Beautiful scenery, quiet location, perfect for walks. The apartments are individually decorated and suitable for a variety of occasions. The Almond apartment is perfect for a romantic gateaway. The Majocar apartment is perfect for a family. We went as a large group 7 people and booked 3 apartments which was perfect. Perfect location for walks. Close to Almeria airport and beach. The restaurant was one of the best we have been to, fresh organic food prepared on the day by James and Mary. Menu has a wide variety of foods.

This is great place to stay. The house has been beautifully restored and the views are incredible. Hilde and Jan are the perfect hosts and they have put a great deal of passion and energy into this house and created a welcoming, homely and relaxed environment. We did several walks around the house in the morning and early evening which were wonderful and we loved the tranquility and scenery. Thank you, we will be back….

This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. Guests can make use of the outdoor fireplace or the picnic area, or enjoy views of the garden and inner courtyard.

Set amongst rolling hills and almond plantations, Luz de La Luna is perfect for a few days away. Decorated in pretty rustic style, Hilde has thought of everything you need, from essential toiletries to cold drinks, from outdoor seating to a very comfortable bed. We booked dinner the first night ( a tasty simple meal) and planned to have lunch out the second day…… after a quick chat with Hilde over breakfast , she suggested and arranged a tasty cheeseboard and salad for our second evening as a light meal. Perfect! There is a well stocked fridge which you can also use to store your own food/ drinks. Good Wi-Fi, and well signposted local walks…our dog had fun and enjoyed meeting Perro and the neighbour’s dogs. We left feeling very rested and chilled.
