Location was great, closely situated (5-7min walk) to a local cove with lovely beach, and within walking distance (30-35min walk) to Palma and the main beach, shops and restaurants. The villa was a good size, with plenty of double rooms most having their own bathroom and the pool was a generous size. The owner Juan lives behind in converted part of the villa perimeter, which is all sectioned off and remains private, but when needed he was helpful and pleasant to deal with.

The entire booking process was super easy and the agency that manages the property is really easy to work with. We were accidentally greeted by the owners, that are a true joy to meet. The house is gorgeous and it fits 8 people easily. All rooms are well equipped and we basically had everything we needed. The pool and the backyard are a good addition to the house and we enjoyed it several times.

Great view all the way out to sea. With a pool to go it is the perfect place to relax. Marcello the host is a great guy, we broke a vase but told him immediately, he understood and assured us it was no problem. Overall a fantastic stay and a recommendation to anyone going to Mallorca.
