I think this property is a bit underrated - overall rating should be not less than 9.
The house is sparkling clean and it was enough place for our family of 2 adults, 2 teens and a small kid.
What you cannot see on the photos - the environment is amazing. Very green, a lot of trees, cool winds - it's like a small oasis. Plus the pool is just in 50 meters, which was truly a salvation when it was 36 C outside :) Kids loved it a lot! Not crowdy at all during the peak season.
We visited in August and it was 30-35 degrees outside, but we didn't feel the heat near the house. Small yard is a perfect place for your meals. You can have breakfast outside as the sun still doesn't reach your side. And during lunch the sun is already on the opposite side of the house. Not to mention nice evenings, which you can spend outside.

Amazing apartment with amazing view, with very spacious balcony. Apartment is located on the beach in quiet neighbourhood. It is very well equipped, there was nice welcome package with coffee, milk and other things for breakfast and also a lot of useful toiletry in bathroom. Balcony is super great, I could sit there and enjoy the view, for ages.. :)
Sadly we were there only for two nights in november so we didn't use pool or sea. There is very nice walking path along the beach, where you can enjoy in nice peaceful walk.
Host (Christina) was very nice, helpful and responsive.

We felt so relaxed and privileged to stay in such an outstanding place. We were blown away by our accommodation, Oleandra suite. Every detail thought about. The pool sauna steam gym area was fabulous. This is to share with 1 other couple (which we never saw). We had the fish platter in the evening & fruit for breakfast. Great views and spacious apartment, most well stocked rental unit we have ever stayed in. Lots of dishes, cups and utensils. and a great air fryer which was very welcome. Fast reliable wi-fi and great pool and outdoor space.
Hosts were super responsive and the property was very safe and the grounds were very clean.
would strongly recommend and we will likely come back , 5 minutes to mercadona shopping for food and 15 minutes to downtown estapona and beaches. you can walk to a closer beach but we chose to drive.

Paul and Suzie were really great hosts, they were always helpful and had good recommendations for restaurants and beaches. The apartment is located in a quiet area, we had a great view to the sea, which we could enjoy during the breakfast Paul and Suize served. And swimming in the pool in the sunset was amazing. We would totally recommend this apartment and we will stay here for sure if we come back to Costa de la Sol.

Absolutely perfect we just loved everything. The setting, sea view, beautiful room decoration, swimming pool, garden, place to park a car... It cannot be any better. And the owner were the best of all. Some of the nicest hosts we ever met. Plus the royal breakfast on top of it….. All together one of our most pleasant stays at all !!!
Host Olga was very correct, she answered immediatly at any answer . Nice house location and swiming pool ,but please be polite and dont scream at pool because of another neighbours 🙂.We feelt comfortable there .
Beautifull, spacious apartment with terrace, small garden and super swimming pool. Great choice for family to relax. Few minutes by car to beach (yes, there are free parking spaces by the sea) or 15 min walk. Easy communication with owner, who provided instructive video for takeover of the keys from lock box and was helpfull during the stay.
Nice room with all the comforts (even if we booked the smallest of the two rooms). Comfortable bathroom with amazing shower. The garden is a small paradise with lots of plants and flowers and a swimming pool. We even had our own lovely private corner of the garden including a table. Paul and Suzie were amazing hosts, nice, positive and caring couple who cuddled us with a freshly made breakfast every morning. Highly recommend!!!
