There is a supermarket "Edeka" a short distance away. Very professional and friendly staff. Due to flight changes, we were granted a late check out. Extremely helpful! Highly recommended for Travellers with children.

We wanted to stay somewhere that felt genuinely German and we weren't disappointed. The staff were super friendly and nice, we felt very welcomed upon arrival. The rooms were tidy and clean, very nice bathroom. Super cosy spa area and the gym was huge. Great surroundings with possibilities to hike and go kayaking. I can warmly recommend this hotel.

First of all the rooms are very clean, neat and tidy. The staff is extremely helpful and polite towards the guests. I personally recommend this hotel for everyone who wants to visit Germany. The breakfast is delicious, the concierge is very helpful, the minibar has everything you need regarding refreshments and the tidying up of the room is perfect.
