The accommodation was clean and the room had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable and the room was only a short walk from the pool and restaurant. Breakfast was delicious. A plate of fresh fruit with coffee, followed by a choice of cooked breakfasts was sufficient to keep us going. The staff were lovely, always smiling and happy to help with anything. The restaurant served delicious meals using locally caught fish and the brownie is the best we have tasted. The hotel sits between 2 lovely beaches that are easy to access and don't get crowded. There is a lot of wildlife around and the hotel is visited regularly by howler monkeys, motmots and iguanas. The hotel is a nice distance from Samara to avoid the hustle and bustle but near enough to walk into the town for a meal or shopping.

Place is beautiful, it has the feeling if an hacienda... the pool is big and clean...it has an area for little kids. Reservation included breakfast, which was one of 4 options: tico, american, continental and pancakes... we tried them all and they were all really good. But above all, the staff was super helpful and kind... great place, totally recommended!

The swimming pool was a nice and relaxing area to lounge, as well the outdoor porch and kitchen. The location is perfect for walking to restaurants, to buy essentials and going to the beach. The area felt safe, which for a solo female traveler is a priority.
